The return period is 15 days from when the order is received.
Conditions to receive a refund:
The item to be returned has not suffered alterations or damages.
It must be in the same conditions as it was delivered, keeping the packaging: dust bag and box.
After the return request, NITASURI will send the customer the mail label to print and affix to the box for the transport system to pick it up.
The cost of sending the return will be deducted from the customer’s reimbursement amount.
Please clearly mark the package as a return for customs declaration if you are returning from outside the European Union. Also, inform us of the tracking number and carrier via email.
After confirming the receipt and checking the condition of the product, NITASURI will fully refund the applicant's bank account.
